1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the HubSleek operations software, website, and associated native modules (collectively, the ‘Service’), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of the platform.

2. Services License & Scope

HubSleek grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to deploy our agency portal, checkout modules, CRM, and white-label operations compounds under your customized subdomains. All custom components, visual assets, and backend database assemblies remain the intellectual property of HubSleek Inc.

3. Payment & Billing Terms

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly or annual cycle, or under a specific lifetime flat-rate licensing model. All fees are processed through native setup keys directly on your Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal gateways. No extra transaction markups are levied. Refunds are subject to our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee policy.

4. User Accounts & Data Privacy

You are solely responsible for protecting credentials and managing authorized roles of your team leads. Data isolation patterns ensure that your client metadata and file pipelines stay protected. Under white-labeled layouts, you are responsible for maintaining your clients’ compliance with governing regulations.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall HubSleek, its partners, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of system down-times, payment processing discrepancies, or data migrations, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Platform Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licensing access to anyone who violates security architectures, executes abusive API load limits, or conducts fraudulent operations through checkout storefronts.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
